Questions before you upgrade
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Plan credits reset monthly. Unused plan credits don't carry over, so it's worth timing larger batches of audits within a single cycle if you can. Any credits bought as part of a top up pack, do roll over, and remain in your account until you use them up.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the billing portal, accessible from your account page.
Do credits apply to future suite tools too?
Yes. Your credits draw from the same balance across every tool in the suite, including new ones as they launch — you're not buying access to just the Website Audit. Pro members also get priority access as each new tool ships.
What's the difference between monthly credits and top-up credits?
Monthly credits come with your Pro subscription and reset each cycle — unused ones don't carry over. Top-up credits are bought separately, never expire, and are only used once your monthly credits run out for that cycle.
